Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings for the event venue made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by Vermillion Hill. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made within a specified period before the event date to be eligible for a deposit refund, as detailed in our cancellation policy available on the Site.
Responsibility for Event
The event organizer is responsible for ensuring the event complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, alcohol consumption, noise ordinances, and health and safety standards. The organizer must also ensure the event does not infringe on the rights or safety of others.
