Yes! The barn where most of our receptions take place has a large barn door that opens to a grassy area and beautiful view for your guests. The barn has 2 mezzanines for extra hangout space. There is a full kitchen. We also have a guest area with a firepit and large apple orchard, which is where our ceremony site is.
Our property features a 20-acre private lake. While swimming and water activities are not permitted, guests are welcome to enjoy catch and release bass fishing and other relaxing lakeside adventures.
Vermillion Hill is a conservation easement surrounded by Boulder County open space. That means your mountain views remain clean and unobstructed.

Yes, on-site stays are available! We have several options that can be set up for you and your guests. Reach out and we will walk you through what works best for your group.
We have private on-site parking the northside apple orchard, VIP & family parking, lakeside south, overnight guest parking.
We have preferred vendors that know the space and work here regularly, which does make for a smooth day. While we recommend using someone from our list, you are welcome to use whoever you would like at your event. The only requirement is they need to be licensed and insured and provide a COI prior to your event.
Yes, there is a full kitchen for your catering company to use. We have a regular sized stove, dishwasher and fridge.
We have a few spaces that can be used for brides or grooms including the kitchen, Upstairs or the "General Store" near the guest area.
Yes. We have plastic tables and white padded chairs for up to 100 people. Linens are not included. We also have upgraded rental options available.
